PVC & TPU tracking guides

These profiles are used as tracking guides. They are applied longitudinally on the running side of a belt, primarily in applications where transverse forces occur.

The tracking guides are available in various sections for all kinds of application solutions. They can be flat or V-shaped, with a smooth or notched surface, and are produced in different material hardnesses.

PVC & TPU cleats

Applied transversely on the belt, these profiles assist the safe movement of the product in inclined and declined applications.

Cleats are mainly used in the food industry and for general bulk material conveying. Unibelt offers a variety of shapes and heights to support any type of application.

PVC & TPU sidewalls

Longitudinally applied on the belt, these profiles are used as a lateral barrier for bulky goods on inclined and declined conveyors in the food industry and in material handling applications.

Thanks to their design and small pitch, PVC/TPU sidewall profiles are very flexible, and suitable for small diameters. They are wear resistant, with a low weight that does not impact the structure of the conveyor. TPU sidewall profiles are used on PVC/TPU conveyor and processing belts.
