Purpose:

Structure:

The steel cord conveyor belt is composed of upper covering layer, lower covering layer, steel wire rope, embedded induction coil, adhesive layer and side glue.


Features:

When any embedded induction coil is punctured and damaged by foreign matters during operation, including belt tearing, the signal control system can automatically stop and give an alarm to minimize the tearing degree of the belt.

When the conveyor belt deviates during operation, the distance between the embedded induction coil and the sensor in the belt body exceeds the set value, the signal control system can automatically stop the machine and give an alarm.

When the material jam occurs during the operation of the conveyor belt, the sensor detects the abnormal operation speed of the conveyor belt, and the signal control system can automatically stop the machine and give an alarm.

At any time and any place, the operation of the conveyor belt can be monitored through the network.
