Purpose:

The special fabric core conveyor belt is made of single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer SW straight warp and straight weft structure high-strength impregnated canvas, SW single warp and double weft structure high-strength impregnated canvas, CFW twill breaking structure high-strength impregnated canvas, impregnated rigid fabric, impregnated nylon cord fabric structure as the skeleton material, covered with different performance covering rubber, and manufactured through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
Features:
The structure of SW and CFW is thin, and the single layer and double layer replace the multi-layer structure, so that the total thickness is reduced and the bending resistance is good. It has high strength, small elongation, good impact resistance and toughness. It can absorb impact force more than ordinary nylon and polyester conveyor belt and improve the service life of conveyor belt.
The full rigid cloth structure edge blocking baseband and the rigid cloth sandwich structure edge blocking baseband have good lateral rigidity and are widely used in edge blocking baseband.
